Regarding the plyometric jump box, the small size (20"x16"x14") is more suitable for women, teenagers, and beginners, while the medium size (24"x20"x16") and large size (30"x24"x20") are suitable for men and advanced training. The most stable heights are the lower two heights of each box. When exercising using the highest height of the box, it is recommended to use it against the wall and try to jump to the middle of the box to achieve maximum stability.

The jump boxes are made of heavy-duty and high-density bonded foam, covered with a non-slip texture PVC sheath, making them wear-resistant and waterproof. The plyometric jump box provides 3 levels of intensity to your workout: 14", 16", and 20" heights.
