The 4KOR Elite Forces Strength System is designed to provide significant improvements in shoulder strength and mobility, while ensuring safety. Each 4KOR cord is wrapped with a strong nylon sleeve, protecting the band from damage, overstretching, and safeguarding the user in case of band breakage during use. The system features a permanent handle built into each cord, with a carabiner on the other end, making it an effective tool for strengthening the shoulders for various sports, including CrossFit, baseball, golf, swimming, and tennis.

The system is designed to be a convenient way to improve shoulder and core strength and stability. It includes 5 different resistance levels (3lbs, 7lbs, 12lbs, 17lbs, and 22lbs), with 2 cords per resistance level, totaling 10 resistance cords, each with a built-in rubber-gripped handle. The system also includes a door strap anchor, 2 power rack anchors, 2 exercise charts, and a carrying bag.

The exercise charts, developed in collaboration with Dr. Teddy Willsey DPT, include carefully selected shoulder training exercises and core training exercises. These exercises are designed not only to improve strength and stability, but also to enhance sports performance.

The hole and plug connection between the resistance tube and the end members is designed to be safe and durable, able to withstand thousands of repetitions. Each resistance tube is wrapped in a high-strength protective sleeve, protecting the cord from the sun, over-stretching, and potential injury in case of band snapping during use.

The system is convenient and ready to use immediately, with all the necessary components included. The door strap fits most standard-size doors, and the 2 power rack straps can attach to most squat racks, eliminating the need for additional equipment.
